Until the land-use approval is restored there is nothing to connect.

Water

Potable public supply, with no closed-loop requirement. Prince William Water draws from the Potomac and the Occoquan Reservoir through Fairfax Water, plus a small amount from Lake Manassas. The county has no reclaimed water facilities, so every data center in it runs on drinking water; neighbouring Fauquier mandates closed-loop cooling and Prince William does not. Across the county data centers take about 4 percent of average daily demand and about 10 percent at peak, more than 4.6 million gallons in a single day. The campus itself has no published figure.
