Vantage Data Centers is a Santa Clara, California based wholesale colocation operator that builds and runs hyperscale campuses for cloud and AI training tenants. Founded in 2010 with a single Silicon Valley site, it has grown into a global platform of roughly three dozen data centers across North America, EMEA and APAC, with active operations in the United States, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan.\n\nThe company is privately held by a consortium led by DigitalBridge Group, alongside Silver Lake, AustralianSuper, PSP Investments, GIC and ADIA. Its playbook is large single tenant leases to hyperscalers and AI labs rather than retail interconnection, and its footprint is concentrated in a small number of very large campuses (Santa Clara, Ashburn, Quincy, Phoenix, Port Washington, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cardiff, Zurich, Johannesburg, Sydney, Osaka) rather than a dense metro fabric.
