Tract x Nvidia

[Tract](https://www.tract.com) is a Denver-based developer of master-planned data center parks, acquiring, zoning, entitling, and developing large-scale campuses across the United States for hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure. Rather than building data centers itself, Tract prepares land and horizontal infrastructure—roads, utilities, power substations—for other developers and operators to build on. It is a portfolio company of Tract Capital Management, founded by former [Cologix](/companies/cologix) CEO Grant van Rooyen, and is a sister company to Fleet Data Centers. Tract has projects spanning Nevada, Texas, Virginia, Arizona, Minnesota, and Utah, with [Nvidia](/companies/nvidia) reportedly leasing capacity at its Storey County, Nevada campus.
