LandBridge / PowerBridge x AWS

LandBridge / PowerBridge is a [data center](/datacenters) and powered-land infrastructure joint venture between NYSE-listed LandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB) and PowerBridge LLC, both portfolio companies of Five Point Infrastructure. LandBridge owns ~320,000 surface acres across the Permian Basin in West Texas and New Mexico; PowerBridge develops gigawatt-scale powered data center campuses on that land, integrating co-located power generation, campus electrical infrastructure, and a regional fiber network. Their flagship project is the Alpha Digital Campus — a 2 GW, ~3,400-acre site in Reeves County, TX, near the Waha natural gas hub, targeting hyperscaler AI workloads.
