Founded in 2011 by seven Graz University of Technology graduates from the RoboCup team, incubed IT built the Smart Shuttle Navigation Toolkit, Fleet Management Server, and Data Monitoring & Analytics suite — compliant with the VDA 5050 interface standard. Verizon acquired the company in February 2021 to integrate its AMR orchestration software with Verizon's 5G and edge compute platform.
