Led by CEO Jin Ge and Chief Scientist Mo Yilin (a tenured Tsinghua associate professor), the company builds wheeled humanoid teleoperation robots under the [TeleAvatar](/models/teleavatar) brand for real-world data collection and commercial deployment. Its three-step strategy — sell hardware, accumulate operational data, then output autonomous AI capabilities — has driven pilots in JD 7Fresh supermarkets and a 1,000-unit strategic order from Suzhou Pangolin Robot. Starting price is RMB 79,900 for the TA Lite model, making it among the most affordable mass-produced teleoperation humanoids in China.

Pangolin Robot (Suzhou Pangolin Robot Corp., Ltd., trading as CSJBOT) is a Chinese service robot manufacturer headquartered in Suzhou, China, with roots in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. Founded in 2004, the company produces delivery robots, reception robots, security robots, and educational robots for the restaurant, hotel, hospital, airport, and retail sectors. Its best-known product line is the Amy delivery robot (also sold as Amy Plus), which has been deployed in restaurants across 40+ countries including Japan, Germany, Australia, and the United States. Pangolin Robot was one of the top four Chinese service robot brands by market share in 2021, alongside Keenon Robotics, Pudu Robotics, and Beijing Orion Star. The company established a Japan subsidiary (Pangolin Robot Japan) to deploy its Smiling Pangolin robots in Japanese restaurants, directly challenging [Softbank robotics](/companies/softbank-robotics)'s Pepper in the service robot market.
