Braga Fresh is a vertically integrated family farming company founded in 1928 by Sebastian and Josie Braga in Soledad, California, growing organic and conventional fresh vegetables and salads under the Josie's Organics and Braga Farms brands. The third-generation grower manages over 20,000 acres across the Salinas Valley and Imperial Valley and has adopted precision-agriculture technologies including [Carbon Robotics](/companies/carbon-robotics) laser weeders and Agrology carbon-monitoring sensors. In August 2025 Braga Fresh was acquired through a merger by organicgirl, a portfolio company of Arable Capital Partners, alongside Dole Fresh Vegetables/Bud Antle.

August Robotics builds autonomous robot fleets for construction and industrial applications, founded in 2017 by Alex Wyatt and headquartered in Sha Tin, Hong Kong.
