Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR) is a Singapore-based cryptocurrency mining and AI cloud infrastructure company founded in January 2021 as a spin-off from Bitmain by Jihan Wu. The company operates Bitcoin mining data centers across the United States, Norway, Bhutan, Ethiopia, and Malaysia with 1.6 GW of energized electrical capacity, and is converting several sites into AI data centers stocked with NVIDIA GPUs. Its [SEALMINER A4](/models/sealminer-a4) bitcoin mining rig uses proprietary SEAL04 chips for energy-efficient hashing. In August 2026, Bitdeer announced a 16-year colocation lease with Volta Infra Holdings for its Tydal, Norway campus to host NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs for a leading AI lab.
