ArcBest, including ABF Freight and Panther, has participated in the EPA's SmartWay Transport Partnership for nearly two decades, a collaboration between the EPA and the freight transportation industry to reduce greenhouse gases and diesel emissions. ArcBest was recognized as a 2024 SmartWay Leader for its City Route Optimization technology.
