ACWA Robotics is a French cleantech startup founded in 2018 in Ajaccio, Corsica, developing autonomous robots for mapping and inspecting drinking water pipelines. The company's Clean Water Pathfinder robot crawls inside active water pipes (minimum 20cm diameter) to scan for corrosion, leaks, and structural issues without disrupting water service. ACWA partnered with SUEZ and Agence de l'Eau Artois-Picardie for its first mission on the Dunkirk water network. The company has raised approximately 9.6M USD total and received the EIC Accelerator grant, CES 2023 Best of [Innovation](/companies/innovation-robotics) award, and Greentech Innovation label from the French government.
