What the Dreame X40 Ultra knows about you
The Dreame X40 Ultra is a flagship autonomous robot vacuum and mop from Dreame Technology, a Suzhou-based robotics company. It delivers up to 12,000 Pa suction with LiDAR-based SLAM navigation and AI obstacle recognition. A built-in robotic arm extends the mop pads for edge and under-furniture mopping and retracts them automatically on carpet. The all-in-one base station handles dust emptying, mop washing, hot-air drying, and water management. Released in 2024, the X40 Ultra targets the premium end of the autonomous floor-care market. If the User Experience Program is enabled, device data including collision logs may be transmitted to Dreame's R&D center in China.

Dreame uses outside SDKs for login, sharing, payments, notifications, and analytics, and may share aggregated anonymous data with third parties including advertisers.
What you can control
Your say over the data it holds.
How long they keep it
Data is kept only as long as needed or required by law. After your account or service ends, data is deleted or anonymized, though backup systems may hold it briefly.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account through the app, which triggers deletion or anonymization of your data. A factory reset erases on-device data, though consumables data has a separate reset option.
