The site sits near the 107 acres Amazon acquired at the Port, and the developer committed to paying for on-site water and sewer upgrades plus a dedicated cooling-tower blowdown discharge line. Trade press subsequently attributed the project to Google, but local Arkansas coverage has continued to describe the Port buyer as unnamed and treats Google's confirmed Arkansas hyperscale as a separate 1,000-acre, $4 billion site in West Memphis. State coverage in February 2026 grouped this Port of Little Rock project with a similar $1 billion Conway facility as a second tier of Arkansas hyperscale investment behind the larger Google West Memphis and AVAIO Little Rock (Project Leo) campuses.
